Our sober living property on Wakesiah Ave is located in a prime spot, surrounded by a plethora of conveniences and amenities that support a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. We are located near various 12-step meetings, making it easy for our residents to stay engaged in their recovery community. This property is conveniently located near a gym and a pool, providing our residents with easy access to fitness and recreational activities. For those who enjoy cooking, our two fully-equipped kitchens provide ample space to prepare meals and socialize with other residents. Finally, we offer a small yard-space for gardening, allowing our residents to connect with nature and experience the benefits of gardening therapy.

House Rules

Mandatory curfew (curfew checks completed every night)
Sunday house meetings are mandatory (unless approved by house manager)
Daily reflection & meditation (except weekends)
Must attend five meetings per week (three if employed)
Must have a sponsor within 30 days of residency
Weekly chore rotation: each house member is responsible for cleaning up their own dishes, and rooms
Illegal, violent, or dangerous acts of behavior will result in lease termination
No visitors to stay overnight (visitors will require approval from house manager)
